SIA "Kedra Software", company number 11322032, ensures the processing of personal data in accordance with regulatory requirements. From May 25, 2018, the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data applies. Purposes and Legal Basis of Personal Data Processing

Provision of the 'Client's Personal Cabinet' service: receiving personal data under an agreement between an individual company (house management, service company) and the portal klientiem.lv, operated by SIA "Kedra IT", to create an individual profile for the service recipient and agreement between the house management and apartment owners' association, according to the respective contract under the Apartment Property Law.

The MandDzib.lv portal does not store your data for online bill payments.
Other data (according to the service company's policies), including utility bills	Agreement between the service company and SIA "Kedra IT".	Utility bills may contain other personal data. Detailed information about the bill content can be obtained from your house management. Service: Sending utility bills to the specified address or email. Storage limitation – retention periods or storage criteria are determined in accordance with regulatory requirements (labor laws, accounting, electronic communications, archive regulations, as well as limitation periods), but no longer than necessary to achieve the defined processing purposes and to protect the Company’s legitimate interests. Once the retention period expires, or the legitimate interest ceases, personal data is deleted.

Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data is processed within the klientiem.lv information systems and by authorized employees of klientiem.lv or the relevant service company. Other data recipients:

As long as SIA "Kedra IT" can pursue legitimate interests (e.g., filing objections or legal claims).
As long as either party has a legal obligation to retain data.
